Illness
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety and well-being of both the therapist and other clients.
Consultations
All treatments require a consultation. For relaxation appointments this is carried out at your appointment. For most other treatments the consultation will take place in advance of your appointment often at the same time as the patch test. This is particularly important for your first treatment. During the consultation we will discuss your desired look, any allergies or sensitivities and the best treatment options for you. If it is assessed that carrying out the treatment would cause you discomfort or cause a pre-existing condition to worsen or spread then you will be advised that the treatment is unable to be carried out at that time. The consultation will also confirm your consent to any treatment being carried out.
Contact Lenses
Please remove contact lenses before any lash treatments to avoid discomfort during the treatment
Location
Graceful Gaze Beauty operates from within a home address in the Oakbank area of Perth. There is free on street parking directly outside the address. There are two small steps into the house and the treatment room is on the ground floor as is the toilet facility.
Sole Attendance
To ensure a relaxing experience and to comply with public liability insurance, only the client receiving the treatment is permitted in the treatment room. The exception to this is if a child under the age of 18 years is receiving a treatment which would require a responsible adult to be present.
Make Up
Please arrive for any lash or brow treatments with all eye make up removed, including mascara.
